Overview

This was a fast-tracked campaign to raise youth voter turnout. The design system had to feel approachable and youth-driven, and make voting information easy to act on.

01

It started with the pitch

I designed the look of the pitch that won us the project, so the creative direction was set before production began.

02

Plain-language voter information

The postcards and classroom presentation answer the questions first-time voters actually have: am I eligible, how can I vote, who are the players, how is a government formed, and why can I trust the count. Everything was produced in English and French.

03

One system across print, digital and merch

The “I’m a voter” message ran from postcards and table toppers to social content and wearable merch (hoodies, beanies, sweatpants), so a student met the same brand wherever they found it.
